Terms of Use

Prismia is an AI research and comparison workspace. It routes your prompts to third-party AI models (including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini families), shows responses side by side, and provides tools such as document upload, history, notes, and exports. Model availability depends on your plan and on upstream provider availability.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Prismia.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account email secure. Anything done through your account is your responsibility.
• Provide accurate information when registering. One person, one account — duplicate accounts created to bypass free-plan limits may be suspended.

• Paid plans are billed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) for a monthly or yearly period. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
• Payments are verified before plan activation. Manual verification (such as bKash) can take some time; your plan activates once the payment is confirmed.
• Plans do not auto-renew silently — when a plan period ends, your account returns to the free plan unless you renew.
• Top-up packs add extra usage to paid plans and expire as stated at purchase. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Each plan includes usage limits (such as tokens, uploads, and image generations) shown in the app. Limits exist to keep the service affordable and reliable. Automated scraping, bulk API-style access through the chat interface, reselling access, or sharing one account across many people is not permitted.

• Do not use Prismia for anything illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or your own jurisdiction.
• Do not attempt to generate content that harms others, including harassment, fraud, or malware.
• Do not attempt to breach, probe, or overload our systems or the upstream AI providers.
• You must also comply with the acceptable-use policies of the AI providers whose models you access through Prismia.

AI responses can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Prismia does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. AI answers — including explanations of medical reports — are for information only; always confirm important decisions with a qualified professional. You are responsible for how you use AI output.

You own the prompts you write and the documents you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — processing your prompts through AI providers, storing your history and notes, and generating exports you request. We do not sell your content.

You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings; deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users. Where practical, we will warn you first.

Prismia is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation — upstream AI providers, payment providers, and hosting can fail outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Prismia after changes means you accept the updated terms.
